Known as “America’s Oldest Authentic 19th Century Theater” the opera house stands the test of time. From its 1851 infancy, the 4 story historic building is home to first floor retail businesses, second floor professional office suites, and the newly restored performing arts theater on the third and fourth floors. The building has undergone various restorations over the past couple decades, including the nearly four year monumental resurrection of the grand theater that completed in 2019.
