More than just a typical garage, the replacement building for the depleted county maintenance shop required significant challenges. The new facility was designed to blend into to the historical neighborhood setting, yet still provide a state-of-the-art venue for repair, service and maintenance of equipment and vehicles for the county offices, grounds and buildings.
This 2020 project overcame a several unforeseen site constraint issues and completed on time on a $590,000.00 budget.
