Over the last 10 years, our organization has partnered with Modern Builders on projects both large and small.  The budget sizes on these projects have ranged from hundreds of dollars to well over three million dollars.  Projects have also varied in levels of complexity and scope.  When projects are identified at the YMCA, Modern Builders is often the first company sought after.

The staff, whether administrative, contractors or general labor, have all been easy to work with, and professional.  Our projects have been completed both on the agreed upon timeline, and within reasonable budget constraints.

My only hesitancy in recommending them to the broader community is that their schedule will fill, and this might mean that they are not available to partner with us on the next project.  Regardless, they are an outstanding organization and a true pleasure to work with.

This past year was the first time we had used Modern Builders on a renovation project. As we were looking for a new partner to perform work around our building, we were looking for someone that was willing to listen to our needs, maintain good communication throughout the project and have a good working relationship with in planning and construction.

This year we remodeled our large conference room and Modern Builders lived up to those needs and we were happy with the final product.
